  • Researched business solutions, overcame obstacles and negotiated the strategic transformation of membership acquisition, fundraising and accounting systems implementation resulting in a vastly improved organization-wide integrated business solution and platform to enable online commerce.

  • Created and implemented online fund raising, brought in over $10,000 in first week of operation, adaptable for future campaigns and growth.

  • Co-produced informational video for multi million dollar capital campaign, member of church capital campaign leadership team and school annual giving team.

  • Conceptualized, wrote, produced and directed a series of benefit events that utilized the services of up to 140 volunteers and staff  and raised over 100K dollars.

  • As consultant, provided technical assistance, assessed operations, developed strategy, created business solutions, wrote grant proposals for non profits, developed tools to support grassroots campaigning, speakers bureau.

  • Achieved an executive MBA with high standing which was self funded while working full time and raising a family.

  • Mapped out, initiated data transfer and provided consultation as program lead for two large not-for-profits resulting in the integration of data with customer records that expedited a significant increase in effective and efficient service to all clients, fueled capital campaign and planned giving programs, expanded capacity.
